HR Transactional Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our HR Recruitment and Transactional Team.

This is an exciting time to join us as we begin the implementation of a new integrated recruitment and payroll system. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Undertake day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including, recruitment, changes to employment, and leavers.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation with precision and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes
• Prepare and process payrolls in line with our established deadlines
• Handle payroll queries from staff with professionalism and clarity
• Assist with statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAP. 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an HR administrative or transactional role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with great communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
