Manufacturing Operative
£13.75 per hourManpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time.
Location
* Brigg
* Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport
Shift Pattern
* Monday - Friday
* Rotating shifts:
- Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate
* £13.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues
* Operating machinery and supporting production processes
* Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently
* Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output
* Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training
* Adhering to all site Health & Safety procedures and standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment
* Experience working within a warehouse or production setting
* Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to supporting different departments across the site
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern
* Commitment to maintaining high Health & Safety standards
