The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Senior Associate into its vibrant Manchester City Centre office.

The Commercial department has an excellent reputation; you will find that the department is thriving, professional and dynamic. The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased workflow.

Your caseload will involve Commercial Contracts, Data Protection / Privacy, IP & IT work, Drafting & Negotiation and more.

The department has particular expertise across the sports, leisure, education and legal sectors. Due to the partner's reputation across the Commercial space, you will have access to a broad and varied caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 5 years PQE+
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Be able to coach and develop more junior members of your team
• Excellent client care skills are essential
