Scheduler (Operations / Planning)

This is a full-time, office-based role, working as part of our collaborative office team in Livingston.,

• Take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving schedules across the service
• Ensure efficient allocation of Care Professionals to meet client needs
• Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and service demands
• Plan ahead to anticipate capacity gaps and work with recruitment to address them
• Maintain continuity and consistency of care wherever possible
• Monitor scheduling performance, analyse operational data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Use operational data and reporting to support effective decision making and future planning
• Act as a central point of coordination between teams
• Support the business in balancing client demand with staff availability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the scheduling system
• Contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow, Alternative roles with similar transferable skills may include: Workforce Planner / Resource Planner / Care Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator / Operations

  Experience managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment such as care, logistics, transport, workforce planning, or operations
