Commission Sales Associate

Role Summary

The Commission Sales Associate drives business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients onto our proprietary card payment systems. This mid-level, target-based role serves small to medium businesses looking for efficient merchant services, with success measured by lead-to-close conversion rates and monthly sales volume. Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective partners, ensuring high-performance results in a fast-paced IT sales environment.

• Market Focus: Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom and align outreach with UK business hours.

What You'll Do

• Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify and qualify high-potential merchant leads.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations of card processing solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close new business opportunities to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
• Maintain precise records of all client interactions and deal stages within the CRM system .
• Collaborate with internal trainers to stay updated on payment technology and market trends.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term trust with small business owners.
• Provide feedback to leadership on market responses to improve sales scripts and service offerings.
• Own your daily activity levels to ensure a consistent flow of new business without micro-management.

Success Indicators

• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for new merchant onboardings.
• Maintain a consistent lead-to-close conversion rate aligned with team benchmarks.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in CRM data entry and client documentation for seamless onboarding.
• Meet a response time SLA of < 4 hours for prospective client inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven track record in closing deals and managing a sales pipeline independently.
• Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools, video conferencing software, and cloud-based spreadsheets.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills for professional async and sync client engagement.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-Management: Demonstrated ability to remain disciplined and productive in a commission-only environment.
