Partnering with the Best

As a Digital Learning & Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging digital learning solutions that support technical, compliance, leadership, and competency development initiatives. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, and business stakeholders to transform complex information into intuitive and engaging learning experiences through instructional design, multimedia development, and creative problem-solving.

As a Digital Learning & Content Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing learning solutions aligned with learning objectives, business priorities, and competency requirements.
• Creating interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other learning authoring tools.
• Developing structured learning pathways, curricula, assessments, facilitator resources, and learner support materials.
• Applying instructional design methodologies, design thinking, user-centered design, and adult learning principles to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Producing high-quality digital learning assets including eLearning modules, videos, animations, motion graphics, infographics, presentations, and web-based content.
• Collaborating with SMEs, instructors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate content planning, and validate technical accuracy.
• Conducting quality assurance reviews, accessibility testing, and content validation to ensure alignment with learning and visual design standards.
• Supporting LMS deployment, SCORM/xAPI content packaging, content maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives through learner feedback and performance data.
  

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Education, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate experience designing and developing digital learning solutions using modern authoring tools and structured instructional design methodologies.
• Possess strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, design thinking, and user-centered design practices.
• Have practical experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other eLearning development platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multimedia development tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Have experience creating engaging digital content, including videos, animations, motion graphics, infographics, and interactive learning experiences.
• Possess knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, xAPI, and digital content deployment processes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, project planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and business stakeholders.
