Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and learning difficulties
• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning programmes to meet the individual needs of students
• Help create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and success
• Work closely with teachers and the SENDCO to monitor progress and adapt strategies for each child
• Provide one-to-one and small group support as required, ensuring every child's needs are met effectively
• Support students during activities both in and outside the classroom, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar SEN role (preferred, but not essential)
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to be flexible, calm and adaptable across different needs and situations
• A shared belief in the values of respect, kindness, collaboration and curiosity
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
