Corwen House Surgery is looking to recruit a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team in North Wales. We are a well-established practice providing care to a varied local population, supported by an experienced team of GPs, advanced practitioners, nurses, healthcare assistants, dispensary, reception and administrative staff. The role will include a varied general practice workload, including face-to-face and telephone consultations, management of acute and long-term conditions, prescribing and clinical administration. The number of sessions, 4-6 sessions, can be discussed depending on the applicants preference and practice requirements. Main duties of the job

We have an experienced clinical and administrative team and aim to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. We are looking for a salaried GP to join our established team. - Face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Assessment and management of acute and long-term conditions
- Prescribing and medication reviews
- Reviewing test results and clinical correspondence
- Referrals to secondary care and other services where appropriate
- Participation in QAIF projects and surgery targets
- Home visits when clinically required
- Clinical administration associated with patient care, blood results , clinical letters etc
- Participation in practice meetings, clinical governance and quality improvement
- Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary practice team
