The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings
* Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
* Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups where required
* Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and participation in learning
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment
* Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who have:
* A Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare qualification, or recent experience working with children
* A positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young learners
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across different school settings
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
