- Maintain a high level of therapeutic and product expertise to support scientific and clinical discussions.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with the ABPI Code of Practice and company standards.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious and solutions-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
Essential Requirements
- Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, key account management or a similar commercial healthcare role.
- Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive change within healthcare organisations.

- Excellent communication, listening and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A customer and patient-centric mindset.
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within Neuroscience or a specialist therapy area.
- Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience working with NHS stakeholders and healthcare systems.
- ABPI qualification.

- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Resilience, accountability and a strong desire to succeed.
