The Role

We are seeking a full-time Runner to join a prestigious luxury boutique in London. Working closely with the Sales Associates and Boutique Management team, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional client experience by ensuring every purchase is presented to the highest luxury standards.

As one of the final touchpoints in the client journey, you will be responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of purchases, maintaining the packaging area, and supporting the sales team to ensure the boutique operates seamlessly. This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and takes pride in delivering excellence through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all client purchases to the highest luxury standards, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Provide seamless support to the Sales Associates, enabling them to focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Maintain the packaging area to impeccable standards, ensuring it remains organised, fully stocked, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Welcome clients into the boutique and offer refreshments where appropriate, enhancing the overall in-store experience.
• Provide support and cover for the Host team during breaks, annual leave, and peak trading periods.
• Uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation, professionalism, and brand image at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider boutique team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and a seamless client journey.
• Assist with additional operational duties as required to support the needs of the boutique.

About You

• Previous experience within luxury retail or a premium customer service environment is desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to presentation and organisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Package

• £27,000 per annum
• Competitive commission structure
• 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays
