Need help maintaining an orchard and pruning trees in our garden
We have a small orchard behind our house and are looking for a reliable gardener to help with routine maintenance. Tasks include pruning fruit trees, removing dead branches, checking for pests, fertilizing as needed, and tidying the area to prevent weed growth. Ideally, the person has experience with common orchard species (apple, pear, plum) and can advise on proper pruning times. The work should be done with care to avoid over-pruning and to ensure healthy growth for next season. Flexible on days, but prefer mornings and a tidy, respectful approach to the outdoor space. Bring basic tools and safety gear; I can provide some compost and mulch if needed.
