Multisite Pharmacist

My clients is seeking a talented Multisite Pharmacist join their team across 3 sites, all within a 1 mile radius.
My client is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a real difference to their patients' lives. If you're passionate about enhancing individual wellbeing and thrive in a collaborative and supportive setting, don't hesitate to get in touch. 45.5 hrs p/w
Key Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Salary range based on 45.5 hrs p/w
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
- GPhC fees paid
- Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
- Company pension scheme
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
