We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate individuals to take on the new role of Non‑Teaching Heads of Year at our all-through school in Horsham. The Non‑Teaching Heads of Year will form a key part of our pastoral support structure. Working alongside the Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team, you will help lead effective, inclusive teams and support the wellbeing, attendance and behaviour of students.
This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about student welfare, is an excellent communicator and thrives in a collaborative, student‑centred environment. The successful candidates will model professionalism, empathy and the BET values of ‘enjoy, respect, achieve’.
Exceptional levels of belonging and participation are pivotal to ensuring the best outcomes for our students. Working alongside the Head of Year and the wider pastoral team, you will help lead the development of a strong, inclusive year group identity and support the wellbeing, attendance and behaviour of students.
