SALARY: Gross annual salary (RAL) in the range of €70,000–€100,000

Established in 2010, it supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, medical affairs, and quality assurance. It offers innovative digital tools and high value-added services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

The Role

The Business Partner is responsible for defining the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and market positioning of the Consulting Clinical business unit, while overseeing consulting teams and ensuring the successful delivery of clinical consulting services to clients, either by working directly on projects or through a dedicated team.

This role supervises senior consultants and ensures alignment with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• You will expand and maintain effective public relations activities and brand awareness.

• You will liaise with the company Leadership Team and advise on the implementation of the business strategy for the clinical brand.

• You will understand clients’ business needs and identify solutions to meet them.

• You will analyze clients’ business processes to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

• You will gather information about clients’ businesses through various methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, report analysis, etc.).

• You will formulate recommendations and solutions considering clients’ needs, capabilities, and limitations.

• You will present findings and proposals to clients with clear justification and practical advice.

• You will support clients in implementing plans and manage any arising issues.

• You will plan and manage project timelines.

• You will manage the budget assigned to the Consultancy division.

• You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to identify new market opportunities and customers.

• You will liaise with Operations Directors to meet client requirements and expectations and identify new services to grow the business.

• You will build an appropriate delivery team and coordinate with Managing Directors in team management.

• You will provide strategic consulting to clients for key projects, both directly and through the team.

• You will recommend partnerships, particularly aimed at driving business digitalization.

• You will identify success drivers and KPIs to be integrated into existing ones.

• You will attend and represent the company at conferences to promote new business areas.

You May Be the Right Person If

• You have at least 10 years of experience in Life Sciences, preferably in a technical or CRO environment, with at least 5 years in consulting or business development roles.

• You have a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and technologies, including data flows and digital platforms.

• You have managed complex digital projects with global and cross-functional teams.

• You have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

• You are able to translate clinical and regulatory needs into concrete digital roadmaps.

• You are fluent in English.
