Part-Time Year 5 Teacher Vacancy in Cambridge
A fantastic primary school based in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated and proactive part-time Year 5 teacher to join their team starting November 2024. This role will be for 2 Days each week, providing the ideal opportunity for a teacher seeking a flexible working arrangement.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Year 5 Teacher:
- As a Year 5 teacher , you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of pupils on Thursday and Friday each week, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 5 pupils, focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and addressing areas for growth.
- Developing literacy and numeracy skills through well-structured, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
- Supporting students’ social and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitoring pupils’ progress, providing feedback, and occasionally communicating with parents regarding their child’s development.
