Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Literary Analysis: Instructing English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Writing Excellence: Developing students’ analytical and creative writing abilities through structured, high-impact lessons.
Curriculum Engagement: Leading extracurricular initiatives such as debating societies, book clubs, or school magazine contributions.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in English Literature or English Language.
Salary: Paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
