Are you a dedicated Maths Teacher with a passion for inspiring students to develop confidence in mathematics?

GSL Education are currently seeking committed and enthusiastic Maths Teachers to work in schools in Paddock Wood .

As a Mathematics Teacher , you will be delivering high-quality Mathematics lessons across key stages, supporting students according to the curriculum and syllabus, and helping them build strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to excel academically.

Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher:

* Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Support students according to the curriculum and syllabus
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress and attainment
* Prepare lesson plans, resources, and assessments
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Encourage students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for Mathematics
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school staff

Maths Teacher Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related subject
* Previous experience teaching Mathematics within schools is desirable
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Passion for Mathematics education and student achievement
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
