What your day might look like: Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge Who we’re looking for: Psychology graduates (or final year students!) with a real interest in SEND and child development People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care Bonus points if you’ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before Why this role?
