1. To support research on good practice and how other Trusts / organisations are using apprenticeships and other government funded work opportunities to inform and improve the Trusts programme and maximise the use of the Apprenticeship Levy. 2. To support the Apprenticeship and Work Placement Lead in conducting evaluations of the apprenticeship programme, work experience programme and implementation of other government schemes as appropriate. 3. To use professional communication skills, in a timely manner, to deal with enquiries and emails from staff, face to face, in writing, and when using the telephone. 4. To use professional presentation skills in order to welcome and host delegates for events, supported by the Apprenticeship Lead and wider L&OD team. 5. Undertake L&OD administrative duties as directed by the Apprenticeship and Work Placement Lead or other senior team members. 6. To complete all of required activities and assignments associated with the relevant apprenticeship programme as directed by the training provider.
