We're recruiting for an experienced Solar Roof Installer to join a leading national business as they continue to expand their residential renewable energy division.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, work on high-quality residential Solar PV installations and build a long-term career with an established organisation investing heavily in renewable energy.

The Role

Working as part of a small installation crew, you'll be responsible for installing residential Solar PV systems on customers' homes, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties
• Preparing roofs, including tile removal and replacement where required
• Working safely at height using appropriate fall protection equipment
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Supporting electrical colleagues with cable routes and equipment positioning
• Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a clean working environment
• Completing installations within agreed timescales while maintaining high standards
• Treating customers' homes with care and providing excellent customer service

What we're looking for

• Previous Solar PV installation experience
• Roofing experience
• CSCS Card
• Working at Height certification
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong understanding of health and safety
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
