We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join this academy from January. The successful candidate will teach Key Stages 4 and 5 , delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire students and support strong outcomes. This is a full-time position that includes planning, marking, and holding a tutor group. Key Responsibilities * Teach high-quality B usiness lessons across KS4 and KS5 .
* Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure excellent progress for all learners.
* Take responsibility for a tutor group, supporting students' pastoral development and wellbeing.
* Contribute to a positive, aspirational learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive continuous improvement.
* Participate in academy events, CPD, and extracurricular activities as required. Person Specification * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
* Experience teaching at KS4 and KS5 (essential) .
* A commitment to high expectations and securing the best outcomes for students.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
