School Cover Supervisor

Location: Central Bedfordshire/ Bedford Start Date: September Contract Type: Flexible supply work At PK Education, we are looking to connect with experienced Cover Supervisors and dedicated school support staff who are passionate about education and committed to helping young people succeed. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students remain focused and engaged throughout each lesson. Established in 2005, PK Education works closely with a wide range of secondary schools across central Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas, offering flexible opportunities across KS3, KS4 and KS5. • Confident and effective behaviour management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and professional individuals
• Degree level education or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK classroom environment
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A calm, confident, and professional approach to classroom management
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to reach their potential
