Science Teacher - Prestigious Secondary School - Barking
A prestigious Secondary School in the Barking area is seeking an engaging Science Teacher to join its Science department from February 2026 .
About the Role:
This is a full-time position teaching Science across KS3–KS5, supporting academic excellence and contributing to enrichment activities such as trips, lectures, and societies.
About the School:
The school educates approximately 750 pupils and is known for its strong pastoral care, small class sizes, and high academic standards. Science is a popular subject area, supported by experienced staff and excellent resources.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a relevant Science degree
• Holds QTS/PGCE
• Can teach confidently up to KS5
• Is passionate and knowledgeable about their subject
• Enjoys working in a close-knit academic community
