Graduate Site Manager

£16.3 - £18.5 per hourEstimated

Where will you be working?

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

As a Graduate Site Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Support stakeholders with planning, delivery and supervision of civil engineering works on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Assist in site inspections, surveys and setting out activities
  • Gain hands-on experience with earthworks, concrete structures, pipelines and temporary works
  • Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project managers to ensure safe and efficient delivery
  • Monitor progress, quality and compliance with design specifications and health & safety standards
  • Support and contribute to project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure all work aligns with company health, safety, environmental and quality policies
  • Support senior staff with daily operations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • An UK/EU Driving Licence
