  • Progress Tracking: Collect, record, and analyse data on learner progress to ensure teaching remains effective.

  • Medication: Once fully trained, administer medication safely in accordance with company policies.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with adults or young people with disabilities.

  • An interest in special educational needs, specifically autism, and a willingness to learn more about how to best support adult learners.

  • Comfort and confidence in working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviour, with the ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations.

  • Comfort supporting others with personal/intimate care where required.
