We are looking for a passionate and driven Wedding Sales Manager to join our team in Rutland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and events, who thrives on creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all wedding enquiries, conducting show rounds, and converting leads into bookings
• Building strong relationships with couples to understand their vision and requirements
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to the wedding day
• Working closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities and increasing wedding bookings
• Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity

• Proven experience in wedding sales or event sales within a hospitality or venue setting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings when required
