Reddit Content & Community Specialist

**Full-time · Remote · 40 hours per week**

The Reddit Marketing Agency is hiring someone who writes naturally, understands online communities, and takes ownership of their work.

You’ll create useful Reddit content, manage client profiles, and help grow and moderate subreddits. We’re looking for someone who can understand a brief, follow its requirements, and deliver consistently with minimal supervision.

**What you’ll do**

* Write posts and comments that fit each subreddit’s culture and contribute something useful.
* Research communities, read their rules, and identify relevant conversations.
* Help launch, grow, and moderate client subreddits.
* Create discussion topics, recurring threads, and content calendars.
* Respond thoughtfully to members, including questions, complaints, and criticism.
* Manage multiple client accounts, keeping their instructions, activity, and brand voices organized.
* Track results and use what you learn to improve future work.
* Check your work before submitting it and communicate early when something could affect delivery.

**What we’re looking for**

You write clear, conversational English and can adapt your tone across different topics. You understand why a useful Reddit contribution works and why promotional or repetitive content gets rejected.

You can plan your day, work through routine tasks, and maintain quality without constant reminders. When instructions are clear, you execute them carefully. When something important is unclear, you ask a focused question and keep other work moving.

You take responsibility for mistakes, apply feedback, and avoid repeating the same errors.

Experience with Reddit writing, account management, moderation, or subreddit growth is valuable. Be specific about what you personally handled and the results you achieved.

**Working expectations**

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of focused work each week, with agreed availability and communication hours.

You’ll receive clear priorities and feedback. You’ll be expected to maintain a task tracker, meet agreed deadlines, and provide a brief daily update covering completed work, outstanding items, and anything needing attention.
