You'll work on interesting, often high-profile matters alongside a supportive and collaborative team.We're interested in hearing from qualified solicitors with data protection experience and in-house data protection professionals. You'll bring strong working knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act, with experience managing DSARs and FOIA requests. You will be able to demonstrate practical experience responding to personal data breaches and have a commercial, pragmatic approach to problem-solvingExperience in Cyber Attacks and contentious data protection matters, including tribunal proceedings, would be a distinct advantage.This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, collaborative team working at the forefront of an increasingly important and evolving area of law, with an extremely healthy workload.
