Production Line Operatives – Immediate Starts (Headcorn)

Berry Recruitment is seeking hard‑working, reliable and organised Production Line Operatives to join our client based in Headcorn, on the outskirts of Maidstone. These are long‑term, ongoing roles with genuine opportunities for permanent contracts and internal progression.

What you’ll be doing You will support various stages of the production and packing process, including: • Boxing bottles on a conveyor belt and placing them into cases• Stacking completed boxes onto pallets• Sorting and checking fruit for quality• Filling and sealing bags with product• Manually loading machines with fruit, plastic bottles and other materials• Cutting strips and de‑folding/collapsing cardboard bin coversThese tasks require good attention to detail, a steady work pace and the ability to work as part of a team.

Working hours Monday to Friday• 7am–3pm• 3pm–11pm Rotating weekly

Pay rates • £12.71 per hour
