This prestigious independent day and boarding school educates approximately 1,000 pupils aged 11 to 18 and is consistently ranked among the top schools in the region. The school is renowned for its academic excellence, with over 85% of students achieving grades 9–7 at GCSE and more than 70% securing A–B at A-Level*. The Computer Science Department is exceptionally strong, offering state-of-the-art IT suites and a curriculum that encourages innovation and creativity. Many students progress to study Computing, Engineering, or related disciplines at leading universities each year.
Set in a picturesque campus combining tradition with modern facilities, the school maintains an outstanding reputation for academic rigour, exemplary behaviour, and a warm, collaborative ethos. Requirements
Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage of their career, including ECTs. Both UK-trained and overseas-qualified Computer Science Teachers will be considered. All applicants should hold QTS or an equivalent secondary school teaching qualification.
Salary
The salary for this Computer Science Teacher position will be paid to scale on a direct contract (MPS/UPS). A TLR may be available for the right candidate.
