Assistant Site Manager - Milton Keynes

Up to £52,000 + package
A leading national housebuilder is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join its construction team on a residential development in the Milton Keynes area.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role will include:

• Supporting the management of trades, subcontractors and site operations
• Monitoring build quality and programme targets
• Carrying out site inspections and health and safety checks
• Coordinating materials and labour
• Assisting with snagging and handovers
• Maintaining strong communication with the wider construction team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential development
• A strong understanding of traditional housebuilding
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• A proactive attitude and a genuine focus on build quality
