Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role located in Greater Manchester. The role involves providing prompt and effective technical support to clients, resolving system-related issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving, conducting detailed diagnostics, and ensuring systems are running at optimal efficiency. The successful candidate will also assist in customer service activities, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address system and technical issues efficiently
Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve complex system problems
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide excellent client interactions and maintain relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Relevant certifications in technical systems or electronics are a plus
Proven experience in security or fire systems support is advantageous
