A friendly and ambitious secondary school in Southport is seeking a dedicated School Receptionist . This role is perfect for a multi-tasker who enjoys the variety of a school environment and takes pride in being the helpful, professional "hub" of the school’s daily operations.

Location: Southport (Convenient for commuters from Preston and Liverpool)
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Requirement: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; experience with SIMS or Arbor is a plus.
Detailed Responsibilities
Visitor Integrity: Upholding school security by implementing strict signing-in procedures and monitoring the main entrance and reception area.
Attendance Support: Assisting the Attendance Officer by taking calls regarding student absences and updating the school’s MIS (Management Information System) accurately.
Event Support: Playing a key role in the organization of school events, such as Parents’ Evenings and Open Days, by managing invitations and guest lists.
Mail & Logistics: Sorting and distributing incoming post and coordinating courier collections for the school site.
