Up to £120,000 + Car Allowance + 10% Pension + Bonus

Northampton | Tier 1 Main Contractor | Major Long-Term Project

I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join their growing team and take a key role on a major, long-term project.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced MEP commercial professional who wants to lead from the front , take ownership and play a key role in the commercial success of a significant project.

The Role

You'll be joining during the pre-construction/PCSA phase , working closely with the wider project team and helping drive the MEP commercial strategy through to delivery.

The successful candidate will need to be someone who can lead - commercially strong, technically credible and confident dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.

During the PCSA phase, there will be a requirement to travel into London , with the role becoming more closely aligned to the project location as the scheme progresses.

You'll have the opportunity to be involved from the early stages through to delivery, giving you genuine ownership across the full project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced MEP Commercial Managers / Senior MEP QSs who can demonstrate:

• Strong MEP / Building Services commercial experience.

• Proven Tier 1 main contractor background.

• Experience working on major, complex construction projects .

• Strong knowledge of MEP procurement, commercial management and package delivery.

• Experience across pre-construction and project delivery.

• The confidence and capability to lead the MEP commercial function .

• Strong client, consultant and subcontractor management skills.

• The ability to take ownership and make sound commercial decisions.

• A strong track record managing significant MEP packages.

• Up to £120,000 basic salary
