We're hiring Senior Salesforce Developer - Product Engineering Team (ISV) in Winnersh (Reading area), UK Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Team culture & environment
What really makes this role stand out is the team.
• A stable, close knit engineering group - many team members have worked together for 8+ years
• A friendly, supportive and human environment, where people genuinely enjoy working together
• Engineers, testers, architects and product managers collaborating daily as one product team
• A culture that values shared ownership, learning and constructive technical discussions
• Strong leadership momentum and investment, particularly around AI and Salesforce innovation

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce product features with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability and performance
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and robust implementation plans
• Contribute actively to Salesforce architecture discussions, design reviews and long-term product decisions

Nice to have
• Experience contributing to architecture reviews, technical roadmaps or design governance
• Exposure to Salesforce REST APIs, integrations and enterprise application architecture
• Experience with Git, Jira, IntelliJ, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification, or architecture-related Salesforce certifications
