A highly regarded accountancy practice is seeking an Accounts and Audit Senior to join its established team in Shaftesbury. With a strong reputation for client service and employee development, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice accountant looking to further their career.

The role will involve a balanced mix of audit and accounts responsibilities, including:

- Leading and delivering external audit assignments from planning through to completion

- Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

- Working closely with colleagues across the audit and accounts teams, including supporting and reviewing the work of more junior team members

We're looking for:

Ideally an ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified accountant, with solid experience gained within an accountancy practice environment. You'll possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to manage multiple assignments while building positive client relationships.

Due to the nature of the role, previous audit and accounts experience within practice is essential.
