You will be supporting the shopfloor with essential cleaning and maintenance duties, helping to keep machinery and the factory environment running safely and efficiently. The work will involve machine cleaning, general factory cleaning, and swarf handling, and will require a hands-on, practical approach. Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning production machinery and surrounding work areas
* Handling and disposing of swarf and waste materials
* Maintaining general cleanliness across the factory
* Supporting the wider team with basic shopfloor tasks as needed
* Following health & safety procedures at all times About You
* Comfortable with heavy, physically demanding work
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Previous factory or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential
