The Role

Assignments are available across a variety of specialist schools and provisions including:

Many long-term positions offer pay to scale from day one.

You will deliver engaging, personalised learning while helping pupils build confidence, independence and essential life skills.

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

✔️ QTS / equivalent recognised teaching qualification OR relevant experience in UK schools
✔️ Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ A calm, patient and adaptable approach
✔️ Passion for helping pupils achieve their potential
✔️ Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
