Practice Nurse Milton Keynes
Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Milton Keynes in recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery. The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 27 hours hours a week on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.Skills:
Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
Child and adult immunisations
Cervical Cytology
Spirometry
Diabetes
Asthma and COPD monitoring
Family planning
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
