Requirements of the Software Developer Role:

* Maintaining and improving our core, established desktop applications.
* Designing, innovating, and shaping the next generation of our product suite.
* You will primarily work with C# and Delphi to write and maintain high-quality code.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience creating and developing desktop applications .
* Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging low-level problems .
* Experience with OOP languages (e.g., C++ or Delphi).
* Experience with procedural languages (e.g., C or Pascal).
* Familiarity with version control systems, particularly SVN.
* Experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly UIs is a massive plus.
