The Company

Morgan Motor Company has been handcrafting sports cars since 1909 and is one of the world's pre-eminent coachbuilders. Pioneering its unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology, every Morgan is handmade to order.

The historic home of Morgan is at Pickersleigh Road in Malvern Link, Worcestershire. This is the only place in the world where Morgan cars are built. Steeped in history, the hallowed red brick buildings are home to one of the most unique automotive production facilities in the world.

Morgan sports cars are hand crafted using three core elements: ash, aluminium, and leather. Every car is entirely unique, built to the highest standards by passionate craftsmen and women, whose skills are handed down through generations and perfected over a lifetime, bringing together heritage, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.

The role

As a Graphic Designer at Morgan Motor Company, you will support the Brand Team in delivering high-quality design across print, digital, publications, merchandise, technical documents and physical spaces. You will take briefs through to accurate, production-ready artwork with minimal guidance, ensuring all work reflects Morgan’s brand and creative standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and the ability to work quickly across multiple projects and deadlines. You will collaborate closely with a vibrant and passionate design team, as well as internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, problem-solving and bringing creative work to life efficiently.

For full details on the role, experience and qualifciations needed, please refer to the attached job description.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all individuals feel valued and respected. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusion, ensuring that their actions, communication, and decision-making reflect an appreciation for diverse perspectives. They will actively contribute to creating a welcoming environment for colleagues of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences, and promote equality in both internal and external interactions. A proactive approach to addressing potential barriers to inclusion and embracing a culture of openness and collaboration is essential for this role.

USE OF AI : We recognise that AI is now a widely used and valuable tool, and we are happy for applicants to use it to support their success. We simply ask that it is used thoughtfully — to help develop and enhance your ideas, rather than do all the work for you. Your application should remain a true reflection of you, your experiences and your personality, so please avoid using AI to exaggerate or embellish beyond the facts, or to the extent that your own natural voice and authentic self are lost.
