Yard / Warehouse Assistant

This position is for our brand new branch soon to be opening in Newton Abbot!

In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting customers

• Providing excellent customer service

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Picking and checking orders

• Storing stock safely

• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.

• Dealing with goods – in

• Organising the warehouse

Qualifications and Skills

• A Counterbalance Forklift License is preferred.

• Building industry knowledge would be advantageous.

• A valid UK Driving Licence is preferred.

• A Class 2 Driving Licence would be an advantage to cover HGV duties as and when required.

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis, so we are looking for someone that:
