The award-winning Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, located within th e Mercure Bridgwater Hotel, i s expanding its brigade as we prepare for an exciting and busy summer season.
Following some changes within our team and with increasing demand ahead, we are looking to recruit passionate chefs across a range of levels – from Commis Chef through to Sous Chef. Whether you're taking the next step in your culinary career or already have experience leading a section, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to be part of a professional kitchen delivering the Marco Pierre White experience within one of Bridgwater's leading hospitality destinations. With 119 contemporary four-star bedrooms, a thriving restaurant and bar, conference and events facilities, no two days are ever the same.

Depending On Your Experience, Your Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes to brand standards.
- Managing your own section and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supporting with ordering, stock control and minimising waste.
- Coaching and developing junior members of the brigade.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and senior team to drive quality and consistency.
