About the Role From September 2026, you'll join our English department as a Graduate Trainee Teacher and become an important part of the school community. This is a salaried teacher training role designed to support your development from beginner to confident classroom practitioner. You'll begin by observing experienced teachers and supporting lessons before gradually taking responsibility for planning and delivering your own classes. Throughout the programme, you'll receive personalised guidance from experienced teachers and mentors while completing your formal teaching qualification. By the end of the year, you'll have achieved your PGCE (optional) and QTS , giving you the foundation to begin your career as a qualified English Teacher. * Complete the final requirements for your PGCE and QTS
