Experienced in fresh food, quality-led kitchens
Confident running a section during busy services

Chef de Partie Responsibilities
Running your section to a consistent, high standard
Preparing fresh ingredients and components ahead of service
Maintaining food quality, presentation and cleanliness
Supporting the wider brigade during busy periods
Adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting senior chefs with smooth service flow
£17 per hour
