As a Senior Associate within our J.P. Morgan Asset Management Marketing organisation, you will serve as an integrated marketing partner to the UK business — developing and executing strategies that deepen client relationships, support commercial growth, and elevate the firm's presence in the UK market. You will work at the intersection of creativity, data, and strategy, collaborating with distribution, product, and investment teams to deliver marketing that truly resonates. This role is based full-time at our EMEA headquarters on the Victoria Embankment, London, and reports to the Head of UK Funds Marketing.

The UK Funds Marketing Team combines deep local market expertise with the scale and specialist capabilities of a global marketing organisation — giving you access to leading expertise in digital marketing, media, client experience, events, content, and brand strategy.

 

Job responsibilities

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, social media, and paid media channels, ensuring successful execution against defined business objectives
• Support the development and delivery of client engagement strategies aligned to commercial priorities, growth opportunities, and evolving client needs
• Analyse campaign performance and client engagement data, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance marketing efficiency, personalisation, and scalability
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects designed to improve client experience, strengthen marketing capabilities, and respond to evolving business and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across marketing, distribution, product strategy, and investment teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
• Contribute to the effective running of the marketing function through strong governance, operational excellence, and clear stakeholder communication

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on marketing concepts and applied experience
• Demonstrated experience in asset management, financial services, or another regulated industry
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Proven ability to interpret and leverage data to assess marketing performance and inform strategic decisions
• Experience using marketing technology platforms, including customer relationship management systems, digital marketing tools, and marketing automation capabilities
• Confident communicator and collaborator with a track record of building effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality work

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of the UK investment industry, including familiarity with UK-domiciled fund structures and distribution channels
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools or emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and challenge traditional approaches
• Familiarity with reporting and workflow platforms used to manage and measure marketing activity at scale
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investment products, with a proactive approach to continuously building knowledge and expertise
• Experience contributing to an inclusive team environment where diverse perspectives are actively encouraged and valued
