You will work in partnership with children, young people and families, the Local Authority, Early Intervention Services, Early Years Providers, Schools and Education Establishments, voluntary and community sector agencies and other Health Care providers. You will be required to work closely with other members of the CYP 0-19 Public Health Service to provide services in response to identified needs, including safeguarding and supporting children, young people and families We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitors to join our forward-thinking Bournemouth Central and Bournemouth South teams - these are year-round posts of 30 and 32 hours per week respectively. - To provide a high-quality person-centred approach to care delivery which always considers people's safety, privacy, and dignity.
- To work within the Children Young Person Public Health (CYP PH) Service to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and targeted interventions to children 0 to 5 and their families.
