Welder / Fabricator - Immediate Start

Location: Droitwich Pay: £17.00 per hour + Overtime (1.3x & 1.5x rates) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Type: Permanent

️ What You'll Be Doing

MIG welding on mild steel
Welding materials up to 30mm thickness
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Measuring, cutting, drilling, and fabrication work
Operating saws, table drills, and workshop machinery
Plate and structural welding

✅ What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' proven welding & fabrication experience
Strong ability to read engineering drawings
Confident setting up your own welding equipment
Experience with saws, drills, and folding machines
Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-focused
Team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to work overtime when needed
