Employment Senior Associate - 5 + yrs' PQE

Professionally managed and progressive law firm continues to expand and looking to appoint an additional employment law specialist. 

• Being a full-service practice, the Employment Team is instructed on a diverse range of instructions whilst also working closely with the corporate team on TUPE transactions and restructuring projects. As well as its expertise in acting for employers and business clients, the team has a wealth of expertise in advising employees, directors and senior executives. 
• The quality of work is excellent and with responsibility for managing your own caseload and client engagement, the nature of the role requires not less than 5 yrs’ PQE. 
• Working at a senior level with autonomy, you will also have the opportunity to develop wider managerial skills. You will be actively engaged in supporting the head of department with mentoring, supervision, training and business development. 
• There is a capable and effective leadership team in place, which has developed a dynamic and supportive culture.
